Project Like Scriptlance

I’m web programmer (php, html, javascript, css) and I need at least 4 web programmer to start a new web project.
The proyect is a web site similar to scriptlance, but with a lot of new features like:
-Programmers can create new projects directly on the site (with real time editor, file uploading, file explorer, etc) and manage them easily.
-Buyers can request a new project or can buy one already done. They also can see the progress of the project but they will can’t see project source before they buy it.
Each programmer recive a proportion from income generated by the project, not from my pocket.
