Add Control Player Bar On .swf

I am looking for an expert in multimedia designer. Someone that is familiar with Flash and Video editting.
I currently have a .SWF file (only source file I have) that has a player embedded to it. I currently do not like the player.

I want to remove this player and have something similar to this ->

I need the video to be the same size and also with good quality.
So the project will be a video conversion.
I need this ASAP.
