Simple Flash Logo Animation

This is a very quick and simple project. I have a logo that I would like made into an animated Flash swf. Here are some requirements.
Size: 200 x 200
Colors: Logo is white only. SWF should have transparent background. This swf will be laid over other elements.
Animation: I need 2 versions.
- First version should have the logo icon spinning. The icon should have thickness, approximately 8 pixels. The logo icon will sit above the logo text
- Second version should be the opposite. The logo text should be spinning. It should also have thinkness like the above. It will sit under the logo icon.
