Database Program For Word Pres

I need a database program that will track my member salespeople’s sales and training progress on a weekly basis. This would happen inside my Word Press membership web site. Every week the member salesperson will get an autoresponder email with a link to that week’s lesson web page on my WP site (this is already completed). As part of the lesson they will take an online quiz to see how well they understood the material (I have a temporary WP plug-in quiz now). At the end of the quiz they will get a score on how well they did (see #1 below) and that score would need to automatically be fed to their personal results summary page (see attached for complete details).
