Clone Opendns

Hello,

I need to make the same service like OpenDNS.

-deny/allow a list of sites (so can deny pishing and dungerus sites)
-when a sites are not found, will show a custome page of our site.
-performe the speed and quality of connection.

Thanks.
Need to use Debian.
