Big Flex Project
Hi,
We are Product Based company serving clients in Europe and looking for migration of our existing Tracking system on Web with Flex, .NET/Java and Oracle.
Phase 1:
For the evaluation purposes we will purchase Flex Projects with source codes and documentation along with full rights. A social networking/ Human Resources will be fine with in a range of USD 50-100-150.
Phase 2:
We will then review the applications providers have developed and coding standard and choose the provider who can work on our product.
Phase 3:
We will shortlist the candidates and service providers who will then thoroughly interviewed for the project.
Selected service providers/ Developers will be given an opportunity to work with us for next 5 years at least with a man hour cost of USD 20-25 per man hour.
Please do not bid if you have not worked on Flex Projects previously and not having the source code of the application to show us.
