Javascript Conflict Needs Fix

I have a conflict problem with 2 JavaScript files on a Joomla website.
The third level menu items are showing over the top of the second level, instead of to the side. As far as I can see the problem is with these two files:
jquery.min.js (Runs the collapsible flypage sections)

sfhover.js (runs the second/third level menu items)

All copy/paste Bids and PM’s will be deleted and ignored.
