Install Article Dashboard

I need someone to install for me an Article Dashboard Directory. I have the software installation guide everything
This is an easy job for someone conversant in php programming and mysql.
FTP and login details etc will be forwarded to the successful candidatte.
The person chosen to complete this project must ensure everything is
working without errors.
On completion I will require you to test the login, the email confirmation you’ll receive and also to submit an article that I will provide, for test purposes too.
Any errors will need to be fixed before payment is released.
Prerequisites are good communication skills via email and a good understanding of the English language.
