Fix Fault With Program 2

Hi there I have a software program which is called the Viral Toolbar Builder written in Visual Basic. The Program installs ok and the features to create the toolbar work however when I click on the button labelled ” Save Toolbar setup file to my computer” to create the exe file to launch the toolbar it says “file Not found”
I have full source code and this project should be very easy for the programmer to complete.
This project requires the programmer to fix this fault which is stopping the program to generate the .exe toolbar application.
Full testing of this software should be carried out so that it works on all Windows operating systems most importantly the software should be able to create customised toolbars which it was designed for.
