English To Spanish Translation

I need someone who is fluent in both Spanish and English to convert a large document and website from English to Spanish.
The document is about 21,500 words and the website is about 3,500 words.
Please let me know why you qualify for this job. Also, please bed on the entire project, and let me know how long it would take.
