Professional Ning Theme

I am looking for a programer who is experienced in ning themes/templates. I need a professional theme for my NING site. Ning is written in CSS!
I want a very professional theme that actually hides the “ning look”. I dont want people to first see NING when visiting my site.
I do like to have glossy colors for the navigation section
