Prestashop White Labelling

Requirement: I need the free Prestashop shopping cart ver 1.2.5 (you can download at www.prestashop.com) converted to White Labelling mode. This means that prestashop name has to be removed from everywhere, I repeat, everywhere in the system and replaces by a given name (variable stores in a db table).
FYI. After finishing this project, I’ll publish two additional ones 1)Request specific themes for this shopping cart and 2) Add to the shopping cart a my country specific payment mode (similar to Paypal or Google Checkout)
