Oscommerce – Modules Fix

Looking for an experienced OSCommerce programmer.
The store has these two modules installed

The fedex module is not working properly and returns the following error – “FedEx Freight returned an error or invalid response”.
I need to have the Fedex Freight module working with MVS.
