Make Updates To Existing Log

I need to have an existing logo updated to have a slightly different look. I want to keep the same fonts, colors and concept, but there are are some updates I want made to revise the look.
Basically, the revision is that we want to give it more of a food service theme, that focuses more on wholesale distribution, warehouses, trucks, etc. One adjustment could be to replace the rolling pin with wheels to simulate a moving truck.
I only have a PNG file that you can work from and the final version needs to come in a PSD and AI files with all of the layers intact.
