Easy Banner Design

I need a banner/logo designed for my blog. Here is the blog url: http://michaeltfoy.com/
I will most likely pick a bidder as the winner if they show me a mockup of the logo/banner first. I need to be able to see the work first to know if I’ll like it. It needs to be a sports type theme and blend with the background colors I already have.
This should be an easy job for anyone that has ever designed a logo and/or banner before. I’m hoping to hire the winning bidder for many more of these projects.
