Transfer Site Cpanel To Plesk

I have 2 sites on cPanel/WHM (I have a VPS hosting account) and I need to take those two sites and have someone transfer them over to my hosting that is using Plesk 9.3. I just setup my own server here at home with Plesk on it and need someone to bring the sites over and make sure they are workng 100%.
1 site is a vbulletin message board that has a MySQL database (very small site.. only about 1,500 members)
The other site is larger and has MySQL database and I need to make sure the sites get transferred over completely and they work 100% with no broken links or MySQL database errors. This site also uses PHP.
