Psd Tocss/html

Need psd design of website to be sliced and converted to html and css. Please no tables. Also please name the images and divs appropriately.
Here are the requirements:
W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional Table-less CSS markup. Compatible with IE, Firefox, Opera and Safari with W3C Valid Shorthand & Optimized CSS.
The templates need to be HTML/CSS (no tables).
I will supply PSD’s
