Css Coder And Graphics Neede 2

I need somebody to style my login box (which uses the RokBox light box pop-up from Rockettheme) with the login box graphic here:

I will supply the graphics in PSD format, you will need to slice and code.
All current features need to be kept (Forgot your password, Forgot your username + Create an account) These may require very minor editing of the graphics.
The box needs to look and function correctly in all browsers IE6 +.
