High Pr Forum Account

Need an account on a forum with good authority, page rank, and quick google re-index times (1hr to 24hrs preferred) for SEM purposes.
– Forum should allow DoFollow links in the body of posts, or at the very least in the signature.
– An aged and trusted account would be best, but, if the forum allows signatures and posts immediately, that will work as well.
– Bonus for a forum that doesn’t highlight or underline links in the signature (Ideal).
This is a very specific SEO/SEM savvy post. We prefer if you understand the relevance and importance of this request.
