Facebook App Events Clone

Hello I need a clone of the Facebook events application. Please see http://www.facebook.com/events.php for the exact functionality I need.
The app should use the PHP Library and a MySQL DB. You’ll need Facebook to build this and you’ll need to give permission to the Facebook developer Application at http://www.facebook.com/developers/
This is the inital version of the app and more functionality will be created but for now I just need a clone including every feature of the Events app.
