Customizing Retail Site 2

I need a complete fully functional website with application that would allow users to design their own shirts, mugs, buttons, signs, and etc. My website will be almost exactly like www.zazzle.com, however, the customization function/interface will resemble a mixture between www.buildasign.com and www.zazzle.com; I will assist with design layout to make it easier on what I want. We need a full functioning site with all the features of zazzle.com but with the customizing interface/platform module of www.buildasign.com. Please see attached file for further detail.
