Clickbank Ebook- Drupal Site

I am releasing an ebook on clickbank. After purchasing the book, users should receive a unique password allowing them to access the information. The ebook is 1/2 complete, but I will need the drupal site setup now so that I can begin adding/editing the information. I need a ‘truck/transportation’ related theme.
I also need a good pitch and thank you page created.
Please reply only if you have had exact experience with clickbank/drupal integration along with a portfolio. Thank you for your interest.
