Changes To Joomla Template

Hi,
Small task. I’m looking for a joomla expert to make some VERY SMALL CHANGES to my joomla template. It’s a very simple task that should only take you a couple of hours.
- The header of my joomla site is in flash and I need to change the way the header works, I want to be able to replace the header images by myself with no programming skills.
- I want to add my contact information and an image of google maps on my contact page.
- I need to make a very small change on the “contact us form”
I require:
Good and constant communication through gmail chat and MSN
Fast work as this is an easy task
