Xmlorcsv To Mysql Cron Script

Hello Programmers,

I need a script by which i can submit XML DUMP or CSV DUMP URL, And it will convert into MySql and store in define Database with CRON script

I mean to say a script will run on a definite time scale to parse a XML or CSV URL and store data in Mysql database using PHP

Let me know your comments.
