Writing Project

I have two parts written for a book. The first part is why something should be done….approximately 25 to 30 pages. The second part of the book is How something can be done approximately 60 pages.
I want you to take both parts, integrate it into one book….make sure everything flows..from table of contents to the content itself.
Simple project if you know how to write well.
I will only pay after the project is completed.
