Web Header

I need a simple web header for a sales page for a fitness program on my fitness website. I already have a logo, and have before and after pictures to include.
I can send link to samples of what I’m looking for. I have all the graphics; just need someone to put it together for the header of the web page.
I would like to see sample work, and will need someone willing to re-work it until it meets my satisfaction.
