Server And Code Optimization

Need someone who is expert in:
- Sphinx Search
- MySQL
- Lighttpd
- PHP
- MemCache
- TCP (sysctl.conf)
Individual must be able to fine tune/optimize and check existing above configs/settings and php code (sql queries etc.) to make server, code and each software run at most optimal performance levels. It would also be nice to have individual shed light onto various other potential configurations and software setups in addition to the above that would further promote an expansion of productivity. We may also consider long-term help where individual must also be able to implement new features and modifications in an efficient fast and resource friendly way.
