Page Redirect

Hello,
We have two pages on our site that we would like to setup a redirect for so that the receiving page receives the link back credit from the incoming links etc.
http://www.elikaassociates.com/jeffrey-fidelman needs to be forwarded to http://www.elikaassociates.com/gea-elika . Also have another page that we will disclose when developer selected.
