I need a Landing page for web development/web and hosting site.

I have the logo on png format (transparent background), so you can use it.

I want a landing page more or less with the same look & feel than our main theme (colors, not layout). Check attached. It must have a strong call to action (to fill a form)

Very limited budget, max $40 :(

Looking for long time relationship with good and reliable web designer.

Basically with nice gradient background? and nice fonts css styles too:
