Easy Changes To Joomla Skin

Running too many projects at the moment and need some quick assistance to finish off a Joomla! template, its very straight forward and should take a skilled Joomla! templateer not long at all. I have PDF from client as to the changes and all required files included. Please see the attached images for the current design and the second attachment is the required outcome… Cheers and thanks!
