Create Vector Pattern

We need to have a qualified, experienced designer recreate an existing pattern for us as vector art in Illustrator. Deliverable shall be .ai and .eps files.
The pattern should be created to match the backgound and header patterns on the site below. Should be provided in both red and yellow colors like the site.
