Virtuemart – Builders Merchant
We are looking for a system solution for a Builders Merchant.
Current website is Joomla 1.5.15 with Virtuemart installed
I am looking for an online shop solution for a Builders Merchant.
The system needs to have online shop and stock management system.
When a walk in customer to the store purchases products the stock level needs to update straight away on the website.
Products will be sold in various sizes and colors
the shop owner wants to put in the description for a product once, then have stock levels for the various colors, sizes
and availability.
Due to some manufacturers altering their prices throughout the year we need a fast and flexible way to bulk update the
pricing.
We do not have the time to update every single product each time the trade price changes.
Example:
If Flowplast increase their trade price by 3%
We want the system to apply a 3% increase to all flowpast products on the site
The system needs to show the owner -
trade price, % increase, margin, final price to customer.
Low stock warning system:
An alert to the site owner when stocks reach a minimum level so he can order more.
