Socialgo – Header

I have recently baught SocialGo and used one of their themes, which can be seen at www.therealitcrowd.com.
I need a new header to replace the green fire that is on there. It just needs to be replaced with a simpe header using a similar font to say the name of site and three characters used in the picture below
