Simple Php / Mysql Project

I have a txt file with tab between data so easy import onto database. i want to import this info from .txt file onto a mysql database with an upload section for user. the .txt file content changes daily. the user than can view and sort through the data. show results of search criteria at results page. project simple, shouldn’t be complicated. don’t ask too much in bid. max bid 20 and turn around quick. leads to more work.
