Need Copy Editor For Book

I need a copy editor for my new book. Successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
* Experience – should have copy editted at least one, preferrable more books before
* Language – MUST be a native English speaker (in other words, English must be your FIRST language)
* Good communication – candidate should keep me updated of progress
The task will consist of the following:
1) Proof-read book and correct any minor spelling or grammatic errors
2) Create table of contents with page numbers
3) Create index
4) Format book to 6″ x 9″ format acceptable by Lulu

It is understood by the applicant that I retain all rights to the original and editted manuscript.
