Joomla Virtuemart Changes

I need few small changes on my Joomla /Virtuermart website.
Pls bid only if you are expert and get the changes done in max 24 hours
1) Add 4-5 links hardcoded throughout the website
2) Do some alignment changes
3) Add Footer and add 4-5 pages to it .
