Convert Front Page Forms

I have a website that was previously created in FrontPage. I would like to have the forms on the site converted in a language such that the site will not be reliant on the front page extensions. Ideally this can be accomplished without a redesign of the site. There is one basic form that is duplicated throught the site. Upon submission, and e-mail is sent with the information from the form and the user is provided a confirmation page. The site is noequity.com
