Dubli Clone With Penny Auction

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a clone of www.dubli.com with penny auction (swoopo.com), written in PHP and MySQL
I have the most urgency in the project.
- Penny auction
- Low unique bid
- Xpress bid
About the aspect/look I don’t want copies of any of them … only with an elegant and functional at the same time.
I would like to have full control over this site (admin control), as these sites have.
I would also like to see before we proceed with the project (demo version – front end/ back end).
The details come later.
