Mt4 Slave Master Ea Indicator

I need to have a server set up that stores my EA and allows my users to access the EA through a program that will be saved on their computer. The client wont have the EA on their computer but simply a program that allows them access into the server where the EA is stored. Their MT4 platform will then take trades according to the EA’s rules. The user will not be able to manipulate the code of the EA or decompile it, but can still trade it as though they have it on their computer.
It can either be a server that the user can log into and have access to the actual indicator, but cannot change or copy it.
