Medical Mashup
I need a web based app using opens source software that is full life cycle encounter based. I need multiple department logins, security levels, accounting, history, dragon naturally speaking or open source alternative for dictation and charting. In other words, patient X visits the Dr. for y problem. Provider orders tests, mobile unit comes onsite for testing, uploads test results to the secure site for review by provider, provider uses dragon to enter diagnosis and treatment orders from remote station. Onsite medical staff receive orders and treat patient. Completes cycle and billing portion begins, bill goes to administration staff and invoicing component distributes individual and monthly billing to any number of clients.
Must be web based stable and fast in that order! Some mature CRM / CMS / ERM solution and not something from scratch.
Payments will be in three parts. 10% at signing, 30% at successful beta, and the balance at go live.
