Flv Copy Watermarking Save

I need one script that will Read text file with video details >> copy flv video from remote site >> watermark it with image or text >> save it on my server
Format of Input text file will be as
Video Title | www.site.com/video123.flv
& want video output as
video-title.flv
PS: UVE TO install what so ever is required on site (vhook etc php stuff is already installed) & i need 100% working demo on my own server to avoid any confusions later & uve to give me in text file what all uve done in that vhook install or integration so that in case req i’ll do it myself
FUTURE WORK ( if u do this one good):
Once we are done with this i may need more work on this project i.e. to upload video the watermarked video to 2-3 video sites
