Css Template For Website

I am looking for someone that can design a css template that can be used throughout my website. Currently, I have a simple html website www.TravelKind.com and have also created a “test” Joomla site at www.TravelKind.net. The new site that I design will be in php and mysql. I am looking for a design that will incorporate our logo, phone number, toolbar with links on it, and a bar over to the left that will have links to various travel deals that we have. I will have some minor information on the bottom such as copyright info and maybe a general disclaimer. I like the colors and design of the test site I created at www.TravelKind.net. I would like to do this as soon as possible.
