Two Small Changes To Php Site

I’m willing to pay $30 for this work.
1. Add the facility in the settings menu for each hostelmate account holder to select the amount of deposit they would like the guest to pay (10%, 25%, 50% or 100%) when they are making a web booking. Then when the guest goes to step 3 the amount to pay is altered depending on what deposit amount has been set.
2. Allow a room to be defined by a name or a number. Currently a room can only be named in number format (room 4) for example, but if possible the rooms could be given names with text. The field in the “add room” menu currently on allows numerical value and if text is entered the room displays “0″
