Scrabble Possibility Script

I need a script that basically does what the website in the attached file does.
only bid if you have played and really know how the game scrabble works. the goal of the script is to find the best possible plays with one’s scrabble tiles given the current state of the game. please see attached site for exact example of what i need.
open to whatever you want to write in, flash is okay, i just need a new ad served with every time user searches.
i am willing to do escrow but will pay upon completion. I just do not want someone doing half, cause a half working script is not useful to me. please check my reviews for history. pls comment on PMB
