Presentation In Flash

I need a sales presentation done in flash.
Also, i should be able to modify the text of the presentation if i wish too. So, you would need to explain that to me ( i am quite good at technology but have never done flash).
I will need to check your samples or you can point me to other samples that you felt were good for sales presentation.
I am quite open to ideas so if you have any alternative to flash do let me know.
Quote with samples/examples and your price for a similar thing.
I am expecting 2-3 types of slides and the remaining slides will use these as templates with only the content changing.
If you can do voice over, that would be great. Otherwise tell me how i can do it so that it becomes a self running presentation.
