Pop Up

I need a pop-up box script like on http://www.massppv.com.
As you can see, there is a box that pops up to the left. I wont need a video on it. It will be a text and image, etc.
However, I want a countdown clock adding that begins to countdown the time until the offer expires.
Then I need the other popup box that comes after you attempt to leave the site
