Drupal Party Invitation

We are looking for someone to configure a set of modules into a drupal site.
Looking to have an event style module installed and working properly for people to sign up and invite guests to a party at a specific location.
Will need to have the ability to upload custom invitations (design of the invitations are not included in the project) where the user can select one of several and fill in a form to have it completed.
Guest can rsvp whether or not they will attend and change their response at a later date.
Please send bid along with the initial details of how you will implement this to the current site.
This project does not have any graphic design requirements.
