Database Expert

Hello,
I have an image hosting site. I need changes where the user pictures, instead of being uploaded to our server database, it will go to the Amazon S3 account.
MUST have previous Amazon S3 experience and be experienced in be experienced PHP. Send examples of other Amazon S3 projects, because we have other projects like this as well.
It would also be great if you are familiar with other Amazon Web Services like EC2 because I will have lots of work in the near future with that.
Please sure your database expertise. I am really looking for a database guru who know how to make databases and backends that scale.
