I want a clone of http://www.99designs.com
Not a layout design, but the programming area.
I want this done as cheap as I can get it, and I know people in India will do that.
I want one additional change. I want it to be for programmers as well.
Designers can submit designs to be chosen, and programmers can post programming work to be chosen.
Please go through the system thoroughly before bidding.
Payment will be escrowed, and released once the work is done to my satisfaction.
I will provide the design, you just do all of the coding.
I also want a thorough backend so I can control prices, payments, users, etc.
