WordPress Theme Installation_

I need help installing a WordPress Theme. Now I understand how easy Dragging and dropping a theme folder is.. but the theme is messed up with I do this.

My theme is.. http://gorillathemes.com/latest-themes/vanity/

Mysite is http://weeklysoup.com

only WP Pros allow. I need to begin/finish immediately. The theme folder is already on the server :)
